The Full Story about the Why and How Human Worx worx ...

We as humans move in systemic contexts every day and are therefore in constant resonance with ourselves and our environment. The external circumstances are causal for our inner experience, our self-perception with us and in the system and thus determine our inner attitude towards ourselves and towards our fellow human beings. Work determines the rhythm of our life and forms the basis for our existence in the system. Dysfunctionalities and tensions lead to inner and outer conflicts as well as a disruption of the connection with ourselves and/or our outside world. The result is existential fears and insecurities that are stressful for people and the organization and lead to a standstill of change processes and thus inhibit the potential for further development.

MY Experience shows me that this cycle can be broken by consciously putting people back in the focus of the organization and being the focus of change. Humanity as the driving force of change. I focus on  balanced work - an approach, in the course of transformative processes, which focuses on the view of the individual in the organization and reflects the change from this perspective, so that the breeding ground is created, to develop the potential of the human resource to the maximum and to realize it within the organization.

MY Approach accompanies people in organizations in making decisions and implementing them intuitively, creatively and authentically on both a personal and corporate level.
