Adeline has extensive knowledge of Human Resources through several years of experience in process management, transformation and change, operational projects, digitisation and financing. Her advisory and corporate governance skills compliment her analytical and pragmatic approach to Human Resources. A thorough knowledge of the regulatory environment rounds up but does not complete her scorecard.

My many years of experience in the HR department of international corporations brought me to the realization that true success only comes from intrinsic motivation. This arises from the perception of one's own value and one's own potential with the understanding of one's own value contribution as well as the subsequent targeted implementation in the company. Against this background, I developed a holistic view on the HR value chain and the potential of organizational effectiveness, efficiency and growth such as personnel development.

 

Beside my work as freelance HR-Transformation Consultant & HR-Interims Manager, I accompany my clients as Leadership Coach.

Based on my extensive skills in management, HR-Consulting and transformation coaching, I support decision-makers, top-executives, employees and teams in complex situations such as restructuring processes along the HR value chain, in the definition of identity strategies in the context of change processes and in the development of leadership models and professional reorientation. Holistic team building is an important part as well. We reflect effectiveness and efficiency  and processes along the HR-value chain, rebalance workload throughout pointed actions and measures, such as redefining process landscape and integrating digital solutions.

 

One focus of my work is transformation coaching for decision-makers. With clear target images, resilience and balance techniques the client is enabled to an intuitive decision making process and can therefor follow a healthy path to success.

Developments cannot always be planned; That's why the attitude with which we approach change is even more important. We can always

  • choose what we focus on

  • change our expectations

  • control our actions and how we engage

  • express our needs, thoughts and emotions

  • practice acceptance & setting new boundaries

  • give ourself closure

Together with Daria Sujata Koch and dedicated Network Partners I worked out a new way to approach challenges within organizational Transformation processes and developed  the concept of "Human Balanced Work". We all share the view, that sustainable change and thus transformation, can only take place and be implemented if all exogenous and indigenous factors are taken into account and reflected upon the transformational process.

We all profit from the synergy of potential development, intrinsically motivated Transformation processes and the strengthening of resilience. I target to accompany my clients to strengthen their own authentic way of desicion making and the way to handle their work.
